Very impressed

I have been coming to this surgery for a number of years. The staff are always polite and helpful and I have always been able to get an appointment quickly when required. The GPs are thoughtful and approachable and on the occasions when I have needed a referral letter or follow up, this has been completed in a timely and efficient way. The text reminders are helpful and the ability to immediately collect a prescription from the local pharmacist is excellent. In a time where NHS finances are challenged, the surgery has not compromised its standards.

I would like to say a big thank you

I recently had a lot of pain with my left leg and back, I went to see one particular doctor and she sent me to the hospital for an MRI scan, I now have had a operation on my back and now recovering with no pain. I have been to the surgery several times since my operation and all the staff are so nice and friendly, I have seen the nurse who is so helpful and friendly. This particular doctor has been so supportive and understanding all through my time of having pain, she is so positive and friendly she makes you feel better just speaking to her.. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff especially this doctor who has helped me get my life back to normal without pain.
