Would you like to have your say about the services provided at Broom Road Medical Practice?

The Surgery have set up a Patient Participation Group (PPG), so why not come along to discuss your ideas and hear about planned changes?

 

The purpose of the PPG is for patient's to work with the GP Practice to:

  1. Provide a channel of communication between practice staff and patients to break down barriers to communication and enable sharing of information
  2. Help themselves and other patients to take more responsibility for their health
  3. Provide practical support to the surgery
  4. Contribute to continuous improvement of services determined by the needs of the community

If you are able to offer your time and would like to come along to the meeting, or if you have any queries about the PPG, then please register your interest at reception today.

PPG meeting's will take place at Broom Road Medical Practice, and will be arranged once a month. 

Using the PPG, GP Practices are encouraged to promote the proactive engagement of patients and to seek views from practice patients through the use of local practice surveys.  The Outcomes of the engagement and the views of patients are published by the GP Practice.
